I am getting lag particularly in skyblock f7 boss (p3 p4 and chest room). What is weird is that the fps is high and resource usage is low on task manager.

Changing the render distance sometimes solves the issue, but doesn't for the f7 lag. I already tried the common steps of increasing RAM allocation, enabling fps boost, and updating drivers. How can I solve this issue?

Did you try disabling enity boost?
