I don't even have a clue, I switch profiles, I relaunch the game and no matter what I do the weather changer mod cannot be disabled, I straight up cannot turn it off and I can never see the weather. This is such a frustrating issue because there is no mention of it anywhere and there's no hints or leads I could use to find the issue. setting it to "natural precipitation" doesn't work either.
