I was going into ranked matches having a good time until a hacker came and I kept losing ELO to him…I pmed staff to look, but they didn't do anything about it. I was wondering how come GCheat didn't ban him since hes been hacking the whole time, I spectated him as well. I also did /reportHacker IGN:JAYS4LIFE

1) It's a constant work in progress2) There's only so much an automated anti-cheat can do
3) They may not have been hacking

If your computer is good enough to record, then always have a recording program like fraps ready to go so if you can't get the attention of a staff member as they may be busy atleast you can get the hacker banned. Also GCheat doesn't just ban someone off one log being set off but by multiple logs and unless the person is blatantly force fielding or aimbottlng then it can take a few matches to gather enough logs to ban someone. You should appreciate the hard work the devolopers have done by making an automatic banning anticheat system, on most other servers you do not have this luxury.Posted on 01 April 2015 - 09:52 PM

better yet just stop playing ranked for awhile until he gets banned or at least disconnects

@Sympology No it was intended towards me. As I'm a retired staff member and instead of giving you a productive answer on your question I just pointed out the fact he didn't play any ranked matches involving gapples, and was a total smart ass about it. Sorry
