Normally borderless fullscreen allows to have other apps be shown over. Like pip from yt, discord overlay or windows search thing will popup over not just switch to the desktop.

Is this still an issue?

If yes, can you please submit a bug report through the bottom of the launcher by clicking the "Submit Bug Report" button immediately after having the issue so we can investigate it further?
