Whenever I try to open the chat, it doesn't let me chat and says "Cannot send chat message". I have set my chat to 'shown' in the chat settings like some other threads have said. I have troubleshooted a bit and figured out that this is only an issue in multiplayer servers, I can see and send chats in single player, and is only happening on the version 1.16.5. I will also note, the inventory buttons for Hypixel Skyblock still work.

I had this issue almost a week ago but fixed itself after a couple days and has been behaving for the last few days. Although, after a quick version swap, (changing from badlion to a modded curseforge client) it came back.
I use the chat quite a bit so if anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.

Hello,
Please disable the "ToggleChat" Mod. That is very likely the problem.
