I'm trying to install the badlion client and when it asks me to run badlion It gets stuck a small black box that says "Checking alpha21 Java installation:100%…" one i run it, I've been sat on the screen for a good while And nothing happening

1 hour later still on the same small black screen

3 hours later and still got the same screen

Hey @sickfiredog and @FaKe_Alvinz ,
Please follow the instructions mentioned below to resolve your issue.

Right click on the launcher shortcut > select "properties" > select "compatibility" > turn on "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows 7 in the drop menu.
