Hello Badlion! I have had some issues with your payment/support services the past few days. I bought some cosmetics last week and wanted to exchange them in for some new ones this was not possible since your support website was down for over 48 hours. I do not think it is fair that I do not get my cosmetics exhanged because you had an inernal error. I also bought some cosmetics recently that I would like to exhange.

We have already replied to your payment support thread (https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/358124) and the email that you sent to our email address regarding your purchases.

As mentioned there, your purchases are not eligible for an exchange or refund. No exception will be made here.

Additionally, submitting more threads will not grant you any exceptions.
