Hello,This can be because it was a limited time cosmetic or it got removed. You will (probably) not be able to buy it even with the link.

Like Tino said, This could be related to the fact theyre limited, Sometimes cosmetics are published during a specific time (for a limited period of time), After that theyre taken down.(They COULD reappear again, just at a different time.)
