When I open the profiles tab my profile is deleted and this also happened to a friend of mine

Hi @Habarita,

This is a known issue, and unfortunately, there isn't a way to recover the profile once it has been lost. To prevent this from happening in the future, I recommend saving a backup of your profile in a different folder.

For Windows users, please follow these steps:

Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
Type '%appdata%/.minecraft/BLClient-Mod-Profiles' (without the quotes) and press Enter.
Copy the profile and paste it into a location of your choice for safekeeping.
