Use real skin for others

When enabling the "Use real skin for self" option, my expectation is for only my skin to be changed. I understand hiding other player's skins is probably safer, but to be a more versatile mod, it would be beneficial to give the option to show other people's real skins whilst having your real skin being shown as well.
