Make items be able to be searched by something they have in their description. E.g. if you search reforge only the reforge anvil, due to only it having "reforge" in it's name, pops up and it would be convenient for all reforge stones to pop up too. Another example is searching for an item that you remember what it does but you don't remember that name.
