Ayo, i can see my op cape without badlion client but when i use badlion client i cant see my optifine cape.

Hey wRagnarok,

I sometimes have the same problem. Ig it happens when you activate a badlion cape or other cosmetic. Even if you deactivate the badlion cosmetic the Optifine cosmetic is still turned off. I would try to open the normal Minecraft launcher, go to skins and turn on the cape there.

If this doesn't work, check if you've selected a version with optifine (if not, activate OF or start another version).

You should also check if your OF cape is turned on (Esc -> Options -> Skin Customization -> Optifine Cape).
