Now, the thing is that vibrate never got demoted on the server. He just took a break from the server for 2 weeks. Also how much someone plays on this server is not you business. People can do whatever they want whit their lives. Viprite is also one of the oldest mods on the server and he knows the rules and such. He would have been gone long time ago if he wouldn't do his job well enough.
If you want to get unbanned, use the proper ban appeal format. People's cases are different and shouldn't me mixed at all.
