UI help, Skyblock value in middle of screen

I was playing around with my UI and this 200 value with the weird symbols popped up, I tried isolating which issue it is and turning off skyblock section removes it.However when disabling every single thing inside of skyblock mod section it is still there, only when removing the mod does it get rid of the odd 200 text.
I'm hoping for some help to isolate this issue so I can fix the UI.

Switch to another preset profile from someone else does not fix the issue either. Tried the thirty virus profile from the client.
