When I use the time changer mod, if I increase time speed (like 2 or 5) or use the freeze time slider, it works perfectly well. However, when I try to slow down time (like 0.8 or 0.9), it just freezes the time altogether. Basically slowing down time to something less than 1 just does the same thing as freezing time, but instead I would like time to slow down.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
