Hi, i hope someone can help me.
I bought a cosmeting like 1 month ago and after less than 1 single day i ask for the refund, because of some problem in the game.
I have open 1 ticket the 1 day
Second Ticket the 2 day (So i was in the term for get refund)
After 1 month and a lot of text from discord support i get the news that i can't get the refund terms of service. But u can't give refund after 2 days not before. So if i open a ticket before the 2 days and u send message back after 1 month why i can't get the rufund?

@lavhi lunar has updated the TOS which now states purchases are final.
