It appears that when I try to launch Minecraft in 1.8.9, it works and launches fine, but after that, your soft locked with trying to go anywhere beyond there. An ad about the merch and whatnot would pop up, I proceed to click "Exit" on it and my Minecraft crashes. Weird, Guess I'll just hit the escape key. Nope! Crashes again. Hit any key on the Keyboard? Crashes. Click on the Ad? Crashes again. It appears to be happening only on 1.8.9, as I tried to launch with another version and it worked just fine, but only 1.8.9 is having this reoccurring crash. anyone have a fix for this?

And No,

– This isn't a Operating System Error as it ran just fine on other Versions

– I have no resource packs on that could be corrupting Minecraft. I have none on at the moment.

– I am not Premium, so I don't use the latest Beta features that can likely cause/create this crash (If there even are any to begin with).

– Just using other versions is a no go. I am playing with some friends on a small modded server that is only able to support 1.8.9 as it is not yet supported to other versions.
