So my 2 hour mute inspired me to do this because some guy said in chat "If you black and you say nigga you get muted", the side in me just wanted to say it and did because like, I wasn't directing it towards anyone and it was a joke, now lets move on.
I know I am in the wrong ok?
But I still got to say this, racism is just as bad as swearing when you think about it, they are both offensive and can offend people so lets move on.

I think unless somebody genuinely calls another player "Nigger" or "Beaner" I agree they should be muted.
Now if somebody jokes in chat like say when a friend comes on like a friend would say "Yo wassup ma nigga" because like I find it a very nice welcome, I would laugh myself heck I would even laugh if I get called "White trash".

But there should be a limit on how far you can go, you don't spam nigger or beaner or what ever in chat, that should deserve a mute if it is excessively used.
Now me myself I have never seen a person genuinely offended by the word "nigger" or "beaner" on Badlion but it probably did happen at least once.
I think racism is when you are actually genuine about calling another player racism but also this in my eyes can be compared to profanity.
We all know if I say the simple words in chat "Fuck you" I may or may not get muted but chances are I don't and i'm not sure how because I don't know if it steps into the "Bad sportsmanship" part because you would say something like "Lucky kid" or "Ezpz" or even "omg hacker", they all step inside bad sportsmanship but "omg ha cker" would be stepping inside hackusating too.
Profanity can be just as hurtful as racism, if you actually genuinely direct a "Fuck you" to another player you should be muted, same if you are genuine about racism.

I'm still young so my morality may be different to yours so don't go into a rage, I know everybody will view this in a different way but this is mine.

Racism of any kind, whether intentional or not, intended to hurt people or not, is. unacceptable.
Not to mention, the 798 others who don't know you're not trying to be racist, just making a joke, will start to make judgements.
If you want to protect your rep, refrain from using that.

We have a strict policy on this because it will simply get out of hand if we don't. I'm too out of it to write something longer atm, but that is the short story.

I'm on the eu server, also from what I have seen, most of the community wouldn't even be arsed to judge a guy in chat.
They just want to play the game.
