Get a teamspeak, I know Badlion has a mumble but teamspeak is clearly the most popular form of communication that players use.Benefits:
People on factions can hop on teamspeak and sit in a "support channel" and wait to be moved in by staff for assistance. It is difficult for the players to get help in game because 1) there are a lot of players and not enough staff with the power to resolve the issue 2) chat may be spammed and the admin/mod may not see the player's message 3) staff may be afk or busy.
Having this support channel will be much easier.

We have had both of these things for like the longest time… [We have a teamspeak with multiple support channels] ts.badlion.net@Radical24 we used to have a mumble a very long time ago, we switched to teamspeak a very long time ago.

@ELiTE_TROLL We don't have a mumble anymore, we use teamspeakI believe the IP is earlier in this thread
