Honestly, playing extremely aggressive and playing the opponents pearls correctly can ensure a victory, practice quick dropping, practice the rod.And yes, the rod actually does take skill, I'd like to see you master it and hit it every time, hell every 3 times after playing for 2 games.
Sure, it's a cheaty tactic and kind of evades the whole camping rule, but it's a legitimate tactic, although cheaty, it's allowed, and won't be changing.

You point at the player and hold your mouse button. Click once if they are far away. Predict for better effect. It's a poor representation of skill…
