reface: I mean no toxicity to the general community and I ahave utmost respect for all the staff.

Dear Badlion staff and community,
You may have known me the past few weeks as YtterbiumPT, or Ytt. But that's not my identity.
I am SkillAuraOnly. I posted a page about my previous "leave" about a few weeks ago. Why was I still playing, if but unfer an alt, may you ask?
3 reasons:
1. I still enjoyed helping others (That's why I applied and was originally accepted for UHC host)
2. I felt bad to leave my friends without notice. They posted thoughtful replies to my private skype.
3. I still liked the game, I jjst wanted to escape the unwarrranted hatred I was getting.

Let me explain #3 a little better by giving you some information about my life.
I have extreme depression. Anti-depressants hardly help. Yes, it's a clinical condition. What does this mean for my minecraft life? I CANNOT take criticism and hatred, no matter how little or how hard I try to ignore it. The shits in this community have almost made me commit suicide before. (For all you that think in game cannot affect you irl, I suggest you fucking get informed by looking online.)

So why am I quitting again? Again, 2 reasons
1. I'm ashamed of some of the abuse, if not intentional, I caused while a UHC host. @sluttycow
I was not professional, and this caused my demotion.
2. I feel that the Badlion community doesn't give a single SHIT how hard the moderator/staff community works to make your experience better. In my week as staff, I have met some amazing people, including @MasterGberry and @JacobArnold (or whatever his ign is now).

I'll talk a little about Gberry now. He is a professional software engineer. Badlion is NOT his job. He doesn't even get paid a cent doing development for it! Yet whenever I asked him about a bug, and during the DDoS sitution, it was extremely obvious he cares about the server. Enough to, as in the case of the DDoSing, completely ignore his IRL shit to keep the server up. @Archybot as well.

You may see me yet in UHCs and KitPvP sometimes. I still enjoy being with my friends, whether I met them online or IRL. Even if it means I must play a game I hate to be with them.

SIDENOTE: you will also see me in @Jioska 's streams. I have been helping him get started and will be coaching him as he gets deeper in the world of Twitch!

Again, this is an extension of squibbler's post. The moderator community on KitPvP is ridiculed, taunted, and demonized by the general players. You don't know how many things they juggle at once. They're human. Treat them as such. Spamming LagLion doesn't help. We are fucking aware that there's lag. And the spam causes EVEN MORE.

You don't realize the staff has feelings. You hurt theirs regularly. I'm asking for an apology here. Personally, I have no fucking clue why the administration continues running the server through all the hatred, immaturity, and ridicule you as a community give them.

If you agree to the statements below, say "I agree and will do my hardest to inform, motivate, and debate with the community to make them realize how much work goes into providing the experience you get.

1. Do not say laglion. It is an insult to the staff,especially administrators. It hurts their feelings.
2. Dont bitch at Gcheat for being slow. There's a reason it takes a while to catch hackers. To make sure it is completely correct.
3. Take a moment to thank senior mods for their commitment. They have a ton of responsibilities. Let's give them some credit.
4. Try to be mature. It's a block game. No reason to bitch.

There's nothing wrong with not liking a certain something about the servers like the lag/staff for whatever reason. I just wish people would understand that it is wrong to publicly criticize these things so unconstructively. (like when people say "LagLion" or are generally toxic for no good reason.) As much as I personally enjoy what is offered, I can't help but notice how toxic the players here can get. It doesn't really bother me, but it certainly will bother others, as it does you, and it really should stop.

Many of us have our thoughts on how "x thing is unfair"/"how the hell did x happen"/"why is badlion lagging like this." I think what separates the toxic from the non-toxic is sometimes truly the players who can keep these thoughts locked away until they have something constructive to say about them. My record is perfectly clean, not because I don't ever get frustrated somehow, but because I never say these things out loud. While on the outside I just appear frustrated over nothing, I still understand I'm not being totally fair and try to never call anyone out on it…only do I do that where it really deserves attention. (reports/bug reports/suggestions/etc.)

@G33ke that's an extremely mature thing to say. I appreciate that and I'm sure the staff does as well. It's something I have to make myself do, doesn't come naturally :(.

Hey, sad to see you go mate. I didn't really know you at first but as it went on, I began to know you. I am kind of getting frustrated as well of people saying "laglion" as it is very rude and mean. You're right on Minecraft is only a block game, we all get hot headed at times, but you have to get over it, and control your temper. Also GCheat isn't human, it is something custom, everyone makes mistakes, so does GCheat (lol). Nothing is perfect in this world. Just complaining and bitching about badlion being "laglion" isn't going to help, it just lowers the hardworking staff's self-esteem. Really sad to see you go @Ytt @WhatDefinesYou
