I think it would be pretty cool to see who has the most kills in each ladder maybe.

It would be cool to be able to rank people by their kd and kills. Similar to how, if you go into a folder on windows, you can sort by size, date modified, name, etc. Maybe an odd comparison, but it would work almost exactly the same. @SmellyPenguin ?

KDR would add a new aspect to it, maybe make it more intense as you can't "undo" loses as such as in elo you can just win a few matches to reclaim points.

Well say you fight a hacker and he kills you. You can't undo that match and reclaim your points like you can now and staff would get way too many complaints. -1
