I find the bit about ieat kind of rude.I find the OCN ladder revolves around who can blockhit better or can use their low ping to take advantage of the situation.
Although I still find it tactical, sometimes it gets a little too excessive. People have started to stop using strafing around and trying to get different techniques fit in every different situation. They tend to try and blockhit as much as possible and fit combo's in with that.
Yes, it's still a tactic, but I find that it makes fights boring, dull, sometimes unfair and sometimes too stalemated.
