Hey guys,So as most of you know or if you have seen me play I'm more of a bow guy and usually play bow based ladders like Archer, AUHC, UHC, Iron, etc. I just recently started practicing potion ladders like kohi and vanilla, but the thing is, I'm not that good at those types of ladders. So I was wondering if anyone has any tips or strategies they use for potion pvp.

Landing debuffs are key in vanilla, make sure to carry enough so that even if you miss a set, you have some more to throwin kohi, pot management is key
make sure to pot at around 5 hearts and try to only single pot
im not really good at the pvp aspect, i just manage the pots well idk

I'm not a god at PotionPvP but that doesn't stop me from giving tips.
1) Strafing and Aim is key in Potion PvP, focus on those the most.
2) Use the right Texture Pack. Some packs are meant for normal pvp, some are meant for soup pvp, and some are meant for potionpvp. Just look up Potion pvp texture packs on youtube and I'm sure you'll find one!
3) Try to conserve Pots. Almost always single pot, if you double pot like almost everytime, you will run out of pots and it will be game over, I usually just single pot at 5 hearts, and double pot at under 4 hearts.
4) I'm not the best debuffer but to debuff, wait for the opponent to hit you, and then you get knocked back, once you get knocked back, throw the debuffs! This will prevent you from debuffing yourself!
5) Don't use a bow in PotionPvP, it just wastes buffs
6) Sometimes your speed will run out, or you need to eat food. Try to time enderpearls correctly, because there is a cooldown.

here are some tipsvanilla - if you wanna win the easy way use poison II and crit / use a kb sword
kohi - again, if you wanna win the easy way use a bow when he enderpearls away

Tbh, poison II is good but it only last 16 secs, prefer poison for 3mins as it just constantly 'tics' you which is really annoying while strafing and running/chasing. I think weakness and slowness are the real killer in vanilla especially with slowness you bascially can't do anything but debuff back.

@iguim28I'm not god, but I'll give you some of the tips I use to improve your game
1. Use the right texture pack
2. Try to hit all of your debuffs on the enemy
3. Try to get all of your hits, and have good strafes
4. When you need to drink speed, or eat use an enderpearl.
Be sure to conserve them!
That's about all I can say, good luck with playing your other ladders!
