This is exactly what MasterGberry is talking about.If you guys can't take this thread seriously, then there is nothing you can take seriously. This man has spent years of his life slaving over a block game for each and every one of you. He has taken nothing - not a penny - out of this server, even though his time could absolutely be better spent elsewhere. He works for nothing more than a simple measure of gratitude, and if you can't give him that, then you don't deserve to play here - and you never will. I have never seen anybody more dedicated to anything in my entire life. If you bitch and moan about the server, then you are welcome to leave. And I don't just mean Arthium.

I said some of this in the staff subforum, but I feel it should be seen out here as well.
I personally come from a long history of servers with abusive staff. From small factions servers to booming networks, I've seen little merit in the Minecraft community's staffing. But when I stepped onto Badlion, all of that changed. The administration here sets and holds values which I never would have imagined could be expected of a Minecraft staff team. The Badlion standard applies not only here, but as a guideline for servers besides ourselves. Look at Kohi and its separate homemade development of an anticheat. Look at OCN and reddit UHC revamping their staff teams because of what you have done here. Look at the exposed hackers who would never have been revealed without your impact on this game. That's because of Badlion - that's because of you.
If you ever need anything, we are here for you. The staff team, the forum users, the entire community all owe you a lot. The very least we can give back to you is some motivation, right? I personally would like to apologize to you for the shit that people give you. With the amount of work you put into pleasing us, you don't deserve a minute of it. I will work, under you, to better this server in whatever way I can. What excuse can I have after seeing how you handle it? What excuse can anybody have?

honestly the reason you lost motivation is because I stopped coming in teamspeak recently. wait until finals are over for me and you'll get your motivation back.
