Ban appeal cooldown
Alright, here's how it goes.
To avoid repeats of the likes of DJKing1234567891 and others, you should impliment a 2 day cooldown on creating ban appeals. This means if you make a mistake or something, you don't have to wait a long time, but at the same time stops spamming of appeals, and means the moderators can do something better with their time rather than locking duplicate threads.

Actually, I oppose this for a couple of reasons. The most common case being me telling somebody to re-appeal with the correct format. It's much easier to deny a non-formatted appeal and keep track of it that way, but if we added this cooldown, then the players that I deny for not having a format would become confused and more likely than not just give up.

On the contre, Surely it's their fault if they don't follow the appeal, and it kinda makes more people stick to it rather than just ignore?

Sometimes people just don't see it. In fact, quite often it could be our fault. When we direct them to badlion.net/forum/category/9, it seems like common nature to simply go ahead and appeal. Especially if they plan on denying charges.

Yep, I think we can strongly the most important thing we can draw away is the fact the format should be more clear.
Maybe the format could be ready inserted when you create the forum to avoid anyone from 'not seeing' it.

So it would load like this:

It's fairly annoying to open another tab to find the format for both reports and appeals.
On top of this, you could add a
https://www.badlion.net/report to redirect to the report submit place.

In the new appeal process, it's basically all formatted for them already
