Permissions of Ranks

Just curious, been looking around, and have been trying to find the thread that explains the differences in permissions between the YouTube, Twitch, and Famous Rank. Not how to apply, but what you can do with the ranks. For example, Famous has access to /tele command in UHC, but Twitch and YouTube do not unfortunately. Are Twitch and YouTube just treated as Donator+? Just was looking for this because was wondering. Twitch should have access to /tele as well since we are streaming the game and should be able to spec our teammate if we die early. Not being able to makes for a bad dualstream lol. Maybe restrict it so that we can only spec our teammate?

Twitch is treated as Donator+.
YT is treated as Donator
/tele is a perk for only famous rank, idk why @MasterGberry

Thanks, I assumed that but wasnt sure. Just was checking, and I am just curious why Twitch doesnt have /tele as well, or just a limited version of it allowing only TP to teammates for specing. Sucks when a creeper or some bull accident thing kills you early in game, and the whole stream was planned around that game, and a dualstream with another streamer was set up, and now there is nothing to do really pertaining to the dualstream.
