I am muted, and im really annoyed about if i see a hacker, i cant really do anything, the /report is nothing, because there is so many people reporting at the same time.and i cant do /helpop, and thats just dumb.
I think Muted players should be able to /helpop atleast once a min.
Not to help myself, but to help the server getting rid of the hackers.

Its good as in uhc's perm muted people cant /helpop or /msg the host that there on a island with no trees or if they see someone hacking etc…

Well, the thing is badlion does have alot of hackers, - If we cant helpop, and we only can use /report, wich non of the staffs sees (if some1 reports in potpvp, u can see it in the UHC aswell(if ur mod))Then its really hard to get the hackers banned, badlion cant expect us to record all fights… cuze thats the only other way
