I feel like many people rely on what the other person's elo is in a ranked match. Many people are mad about getting 'drained' but usually it's because people underestimate people with lower elo. Just an idea to make people unpredictable and possibly even harder :)Posted on 16 May 2015 - 01:13 AM
I try harder against people with lower elo because I very well know that I'm bad and probably gonna lose lmaoPosted on 16 May 2015 - 01:16 AM

Yeah, you should try to actually TRY, not because someone is a higher elo or a lower elo.Posted on 16 May 2015 - 03:28 AM
+1 that way people will always try their absolute hardest-pk

I love how at first people wanted us to show Elo at the beginning of a match and now they don't. @Archybot poll?Posted on 16 May 2015 - 05:23 AM

No, I like the elo at the start of the match. I don't think we should have to cripple our system just because some people play badly. Anyway, people got drained long before the elo showed at the start of a match; it's not like this is a new thing.Posted on 16 May 2015 - 04:04 PM

I agree, most people don't try as hard when the guy has a lower elo, which makes us get drained (yes I know there's people who don't, you don't have to reply to this saying you don't do this) this would personally get my ELO higher, idk about you guys.Posted on 17 May 2015 - 03:20 PM
It still boils down to you fight the same person, I hardly get a chance to read the elo in the msg anyway due to the mass amount of global msgs. Not sure.

I never wanted it :(
Changing how you act in a fight depending on who you are fighting is basically the definition of elo manipulation and this feature encourages it :/

Honestly, it's your own fault for not trying against that 1300. If you lose, you lose; you deserved that loss. There is no reason to remove a convenient feature over this.Posted on 17 May 2015 - 04:44 PM
I like the fact that it shows elo at the beginning of the match. It's one of the reasons that I play Badlion more than Kohi, and it would make me sad to see it go.Posted on 17 May 2015 - 04:55 PM
-1I am happy with the current system. One reason I dislike kohi is because their elo isn't shown when matching up.
