Ban reports and disrespect

http://gyazo.com/7122973d3c431ef87dcd6eb8cd438381This is the exact reason I don't post ban reports anymore; the community is doing a staff a favor by taking the time to record, upload, and process ban reports, yet we are given arrogant responses and disrespect in return. Does staff want hackers ruining players' experience? I don't think so. It is not our responsibility to be recording hackers since moderators are technically supposed to answer /reports and when people spam "MOD TP"; the community records the hackers to help out the server. That was the first ban report where I didn't use proper format since I thought it was pretty obvious hacks considering the guys head was doing 180s while critting LOL. Also, I will keep recording in 1st person if I do decide to record unless there is a designated mod that will record in 3rd person when I ask. I have gotten over 20 people banned and have not received any sense of gratitude from staff, why should we be taking the lengthy process of getting hackers banned if the staff don't even appreciate the community helping them? We do our efforts to clean up the hackers on badlion, yet we get disrespectful responses from people feeling like a superior in return? That doesn't really seem fair, sad pvp :o(

All I asked was staff to check if a player was alting so the tournament could run smoother, didn't think I needed a formal report since it was just to inform staff of something little. Regardless if I do need a formal report, here is the response I'm given? Really? Why should I even bother then. I'm trying to help badlion by trying to find out if a player is alting, yet this is the response I'm given?
I wasn't given an arrogant response when I made a different thread regarding for a player to be looked at?

This is obviously an arrogant way to respond to a player (now trial-mod because of his great efforts in getting soup-pvp hackers banned) trying to help out the community. Instead of informing the player kindly on how he should use the correct ban report format next time, this is the response he is given.

If you don't want to put in the effort to record hackers and get them banned, that's fine, but in the end you (meaning the playerbase) will be the one complaining.
It's the staff's job to ban the hackers, but it's everyone's job to find them and report them.
Also, we have a ban appeal format for a reason. I know you think Varicks was being harsh in his responses to the reports, but patience tends to run thin when dealing with people who seem to willingly abandon their reading skills when on the internet.

as much as i like Varicks doing ban reports, he's probably one of the nastiest mc mods i've ever seen in my LAAAAAAAAAHHHF ( not the good nasty)
and btw can we add a little flexibility to this whole "3rd person only evidence" thing ? instead of flat out denying it if its 1st person, mods should still watch it to see if the hacks are blatant enough

This is besides the point, but I've put proper format for all my ban reports except for the "lol" one because I thought the hacks were pretty obvious. I don't make proper ban reports for just suspiscion because I feel it's not necessary. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to just point out if a player was alting in 1 sentence without being given such an abrupt and arrogant response.
I would link you to all my ban reports with proper ban report format to further prove my point, but it's not worth it.

First of all, you of all people know to follow the correct format. We do this for consistency sake, simple as that. Soon you won't even be able to submit one without correct information. While Varicks was out of line in one post, I do know that you do occasionally provoke/antagonize my staff.And yes, flint is correct. Only person I've gotten into an argument was TheKiwiColonel even though he/she initiated the argument; I'm friends with most current staff members lol. I do not believe I provoke any staff so I'd like evidence if possible

You expect us to put effort into helping you, when you'll put little effort into actually asking for help. You don't even follow the formats, and when I tell you this, you get angry. How about you just try to follow a format? I'm sure it would be more easy than going and making a post this long.
You're continously making reports, and each time we tell you to follow the format. Each time, you ignore that and continue not using any format. You can expect to be ignored by staff, or your post even locked if it's not the correct format.

Okay. I just don't understand. Why does it matter how much effort we put into reports? Okay, it keeps things a bit more organized, but if someone doesn't, do you have to disrespect them? At least they made a report. They took time to do something. That might be one less hacker on the Badlion Network. If there is no evidence, you can move the post to denied. If there is clear evidence, you can ban the player and move the report to accepted. Boom. Problem solved. There's no disrespect.

Pause……… Elite is about 60 percent correct in this conversation. If archy said the mods are players to why are the mods making the "players" do all the ban reporting. And flint said you are only hurting the players. Like come on, if you want to be a player then retire as staff. It gets annoying sometimes, i love the staff and i love how they are chill and really nice. However there comes a time were if it's plain out of the blue skipity dipity fucking obvious just ban the kid no questions needed. Also Varicks did Nothing wrong elite. He basically told you to follow the format so he COULD TAKE ACTION. He can't just ban someone if there isn't a correct format that goes against master G burreys rules. Ps> (dont fuck with the almight gberry). Although i'd like to see a dramatic change in staff, there isn't much to complain about. They have hired more soup staff, and they try there very best to ban hackers. It's just i feel as if mods are supposed to be mods and players are supposed to be players. Like mods are supposed to do the nitty gritty ban stuff. However you can't do both. What i'd like to see is mods be mods and players be players. What i mean by that is if they don't want to be mod, let them resign to a player/ if they don't do jack shit as a mod. Then if they want to be mod limit there play time a-bit so they can deal with the hackers because i hate to admit but there is a TON. Like i have been apart of badlion for awhile now and i really liked it back then, but back then there wasn't this much garbage cheating going around. That let the mods be players. However if badlion plans to grow into the successful server it is already succeeding to be then the mods need to infact be mods and NOT players.However im just a player so i can't affect any decisions of the staff because its not my server to run.

Obviously you haven't read the response; I've made around 3 ban reports without proper format because these reports were just to investigate players.
