It has been discussed before but I forgot what the outcome was :3I'd say +1 to buying unbans (1-time only) because if someone were to pay for another chance, he probably wouldn't make the same mistake again, if he does, he just wasted his money and cannot buy another one.

Surprisingly the # of ppl who chargeback is very small, even after getting banned.
