Instant Tping out of Soup FFA

As I was fighting someone today in soup FFA I learned a pretty annoying exploit, or at least I'd call it an exploit. Ok so if you're in FFA and you get a duel invite and accept it you instantly get tped and do not get a death added to your KDR nor does the person you were fighting get a kill. Of course this would remove any killstreak you had, but if you have a friend/alt at spawn u can save your ass from getting deaths. Oh yeah, i remember finding this exploit and forgetting to patch it haha.
