UHC /help bug

Hey guys :) I wanted to report a bug that I believe should be fixed with UHC 3.0.As you know, /? is an alias for /help, but your custom /help command doesn't include when the player types in /?. Therefore, doing /? gives you an entire list of the server commands, and plugins as well. This needs to be edited to display the same message as when a user does /help
