So I'll keep this short and simple. I firstly felt like making the post so that people can refer to this, instead of the question= HWY I5 SMACKED UNQAN!???1?? coming up fifty times in the next few games.The evidence was deemed insufficient after Smqcked successfully proved that evidence piece 1 was insufficent. Smqcked did /h to the player who then killed, but he saw the name 7~ seconds before the video begins recording. So Penguin's video just shows him mining straight to the mineshaft.
The rest of the remaining evidence was seen as just luck. He did servee the ban for pokeholing/Stripmining, so all-in-all this turned out to be quite fair. Feel free to ask discuss this below, and if it gets too vile I'll just lock it.
Tl;dr Smqcked unbanned.
