Dear Badlion: you have a shit ton of mods. is there any fucking reason there shouldn't be any online at any fucking point? any even when they are on, you make reports on people what do they do? absolutely fucking nothing. Well.Today is a school day. They have school to go to, and plus, even if they didn't have any school, they would probably wake up late, no?
Mods, and staff in general are human beings too. We only volunteer, we can have fun if we like to. Think before you make a thread like this, because today is a school day. Not the weekend.
I've seen many mods not staff anymore and do they complain? No.
We can't be on 24/7, we aren't robots, we aren't like GCheat where we are on for 24 hours and just auto-ban someone.
We aren't lazy, mods are exactly the same as normal players except they have more perms, you guys have to understand that you guys have a WAY easier job than us, and that is to not get muted and banned, while we have to go through the struggle of being active, and listening to new features. While for you guys, that is optional.
Lots of mods are on a LOA and it isn't their fault (well sometimes). Mods are on enough to not get demoted for inactivity. Having ONE mod being inactive for only ONE day is not rare and it is common.
You just have to learn to get over it.

Instead of shittalking the staff, why don't you try to help us? We have an amazing reports section where you can report rulebreakers when we are not online. I agree with some of the points in this thread but you don't have to be a massive cunt about it. There are a lot of mods, that is true, and whenever the "mods don't do anything" argument is brought up, an admin chimes in about how staff are just volunteers and they have lives outside of minecraft. This is a nice excuse and all, and mods should get free time, but Badlion isn't the same server it was 6 months ago. Badlion is a huge network now, and one of the largest competitive minecraft servers In the world. When the server had players in the hundreds, mods could relax, play matches and get more involved with the community. It's really easy to get staff as long as you have no recent punishments and you act mature. What I'm saying is maybe being staff shouldn't be so laid back; you moderate when you have time attitude isn't working so well on such a big network. Maybe requiring each mod to be online for a certain amount of time or deal out a certain amount of punishments every week would help reduce the amount of people complaining. It just seems like the professional thing to do on a network this big..

If we are not active, we get demoted. Most of the staff that is not active now are allowed to because one reason or another.
