First off, I mean no disrespect to the Badlion staff for this post.

I asked 3 different staff members whether alting to evade a ban for illegal punishment would get a player punished. I can't remember their names apart from BurntCactus.

All three of the staff members explicitly told me that there would be no punishment for this as it was only a 2 day ban they were avoiding.

I was referring to SuchSpeed alting on Antony, although I didn't tell them this.

I now see the news this morning that he's been banned for a month for doing it? Can some clarification of the rules be made please.

"Ban/mute evasion is not allowed for hacking, glitching, or harassment of any kind. Doing so will get all your accounts permanently muted and/or banned."

To my knowledge his initial ban was for "Illegal mining", which is not "hacking, glitching or harassment", though to me it would only make sense for any kind of punishment evading to be illegal. Maybe the rule on that page needs some editing.
