Problem: Not everyone has 100- ms … sometimes in ranked matches the arena takes seconds to load and we, laggers, spawn inside the floor and can't get out.Half of my losses are floor glitches and it's annoying, especially glowstone block spawn points.
Solution: Replace the block where the player spawn by a 2+ layer of solid blocks (not glowstone, not glass because their textures are empty from the inside), remove glowstone spawn blocks, they are the main cause of this phenomenal.

Yeah I lag sometimes and I lose because of this too. Maybe spawn us 2 blocks in the air, so no fall dmg but we also don't get stuck?Posted on 25 May 2015 - 07:22 PM

Spam blockhit the ground whilst jumping as quick as possible. This means you lose half a heart, but it works.
Been suggested loads, guess it's WIP :)

Isn't this somewhat glitch abusing? It's not cus you don't have a choice but it doesn't fix a problem but more has a very temporary sulotion

No it's not a glitch if you spam block and jump. This is actually just a minecraft bug.
