The rule for this has been changed and effective immediately.Rules wrote
We will no longer be actively seeking out or accepting reports of ban/mute evasion unless they are doing it to consistently cause more disruption on the network. The original rule was made for us admins to have a way to remove chronic cheating/harassing players from our server. This worked well for over two years, but lately has turned into witch hunts where even staff members have been making wrong accusations.
All current reports about people whose only crime is ban/mute evading will be closed and we will also not be unbanning for previous evasion.
The main reason for 3 bans = IP ban is to automatically handle this.

3. The only reason we had this rule originally was so the administrators could have a reason to remove people who were only detrimental to the server and our community, and now it's became an issue where people seemly dedicate their whole free time to catch evaders, often falsely accusing.

@Archybot just to clarify as im a bit confused, so you ARE allowed to ban/mute evade as long as the evading account is not disrupting the network (Hacking, toxicity ect).Posted on 25 May 2015 - 11:08 PM

If you purposely alt to hack, and leave your main account cheat free - you might catch yourself with a blanket ban as you purposely are being disruptive. This rule was basically made so only STAFF deal with these cases, we no longer want to see public reports on ban/mute evasion as some community members were invading privacy of others to catch cheaters.

So basicly,Badlion have that thing where you can appeal about a ban twice and it will accepted twice if you would wait enough time.
so now you do that if I get banned 3 times, I can go on my alt, and then countine playing as normal?

No you clearly didnt read the rule properly, if you were banned/perm muted on your main account you are allowed to ban evade on the basis that you do not continue being toxic,hacking or disrupting the network in anyway, if you did carry on doing this whilst evading you will be blanket banned. Also what do you mean "classic badlion"?
