Many of you may be annoyed with "fishing rod spammers", but there is a solution to keeping fishing rods in kits, but also those wishing to remove then to be happy.

This is a picture from Soup, from the Fisher Kit, that allows you to use your fishing rod every 15 seconds. This would be a simple solution to "rod spamming" in mcsg, kohi and no debuff.
