Ok, so the Captains will be picked from the applications sent. The players also sent in an app to be put in the stream for choosing players? What if noone knows you, do you just get put on a team with a bunch of randoms? And what about crossteaming? Is that allowed?

they alrady got captians set acoording to what I know, I don't you can get a captian.
and no, it's not first come first serve, but still, there is no need of 36 captians.
