For the purpose of this post I am going to talk in the Western Australian timezone (+0800)So as you know AU has 2 UHC's a day and one of those (AU1) starts at 3:30, which is a big problem for the West Australians.
Earlier in the year I talked with Nicole and the games was moved from 3pm to 4pm which was a huge bonus for us. But not for the Eastern States.
I propose that the AU1 (3:30) is moved back to 3:40 or 3:45. One of the reasons for this is about school finishing. Personally my school finished as 3:30 ;-; and I'm sure many more West Aussies finish around that time.
So to conclude, push the AU1 to 3:45 to allow more West Australians to play the UHC
Thanks

You have to relise that yes for the WA playerbase the games will be more suitable if its in 3:30-3:45 butFrist of all, most of the player base of Easten Austrillan so if we push it back to 3:40-3:45,the game might start at 6pm aest and most of them will have to go to dinner and not all the WA people might be home yet so it would just be a lose-lose situation.
Second of all, Most/All of the austrillan host are Easten Austrillan so the same reason as above they might have plans for dinner or such and leaving half-way while hosting is not a bright idea.If i'm right the only host that live in the WA timezone are me and Zevuples and sometimes we end school at around 3-5.
Edit 1; Not to mention about NZ players/host

Basically the AU1 game is meant to be suited mainly for Eastern Australian players. This is because we got a large majority of them living there and 3:30 our time is approx 5:30 their time. Which is probably just after school and just before dinner. The AU2 game are for Western players and late night Eastern players. However, since your idea is just to push back 15 minutes, I'm not sure whether an exception could be made.
Waiting for more response. Any Eastern Australians want to share their thoughts?

yeah I agree, but I'd like it to be where the game starts at 5pm because most of us will be back from school and in the 5:30 game I sometimes have to go to early dinner or somethingPosted on 28 May 2015 - 03:32 AM
I completely understand but even an extra 5 or 10 minutes would make a HUGE difference, surely that can be done? 10 mins extraPosted on 28 May 2015 - 12:08 PM
I agree with Parall i am from WA and miss some of the games due to school, and i would really love if the games would be changed to 3:40-3:45Posted on 28 May 2015 - 07:03 PM
I will talk with fellow senior hosts and with the AU community shortly about a :45 start.Posted on 29 May 2015 - 12:43 AM
