He was not banned for any form of cheating or any form of elo manipulation. There was no reason for his elo to have been wiped. Please restore his elo.@Archybot

If he is banned for elo manipulation or hacking, sure wipe him. But why on earth would you wipe a legit player who spent many an hour getting on the leaderboards when he did nothing that should induce an elo wipe?
Senior mods have stated before that elo will not be wiped unless the player in question had cheated or had elo manipulated. So why just change your rules because you don't like somebody? That's the definition of bias.

They are never allowed back on badlion, so there is no reason for their ELO to stay.If this was a perfect world, there would be ELO decay and they would slowly lose their rank.
