Do we have to appeal for the mute cuz i was muted for toxicity?IGN: OrangePinq

That mute was temporary, only 15 minutes long, I would suggest waiting it out.Also you can appeal for mutes in the ban appeal section, just with the mute appeal format instead of the ban one.

most likely if it's a toxicity mute it will wear out in about a day (cuz too lazy to check)
