Iron and diamond ladders are actually becoming painful. In Iron, a ladder designed to test your skills in iron pvp, most fights are ending before any melee contact. Why? Bows. Bowspammers to be more specific. In diamond it isnt such a big deal, bows there do 1/2 a heart damage in most cases, but in iron it is literally impossible to have a good fight without someone pulling out a bow and draining half of your health before they finish you off with a sword. I suggest we remove bows from the diamond and iron ladders, and let people with bow/bowspam skills to get high up in the ARCHER ladder. Bow spammers are actually the worst. It is mostly the high ranked players or low ranked players that do it, high ranked because they will do anything to save their precious ELO and low ranked because it is simply the only way they have a chance. No offense to any players, but it is just really starting to irritate me and some others.Posted on 31 May 2015 - 11:09 PM
And I am using reference to a match I played today where a 1800 literally bowspammed about 5 arrows in 2 seconds because he was at half a heart. He managed to actually win even though after melee he was at half a heart and I was at 3.Posted on 01 June 2015 - 12:09 AM

No, Iron has always been a bow-based ladder. If you don't like using bows, it's not the ladder you should play. Diamond is barely a problem; the bow does close to nothing. Arrows are just there to start combos and such. Archer ladder is totally different on the other hand; it's speed 2, punch 2 and fall damage is disabled.Posted on 01 June 2015 - 12:32 AM

Well some other guy had this problem in NODEBUFF, so I think that in iron bows should be removed for the sake of letting people practice iron melee. Yes, in diamond it isnt a problem but bowspammers are annoying.Posted on 01 June 2015 - 07:50 AM

Shut up we dont want ladders full of 9 yr old melee rushing with no skill.Atleast using a bow takes some skilldeal with it or dont player the iron ladder
