I hate to be the end of the circlejerk, but in the quartz spawn it was probably possible due to a mojang level bug to get potions with those levels while in creative using NMS glitches in that game version.Also, there was a force OP in 1.8.0 through 1.8.2 that worked on creative too. Mojang isn't the best with securing creative.
And there was also several NMS packet level in game DoS's that have existed for years where a single client could take down a super server, such as potion.
