As many people know, most big faction servers have plugins that create potions with effects other than the effects vanilla minecraft potions give (health boost, resistance etc). I thought we could make a ladder with potions like this, as it would spice up pvp a bit and also prepare people for factions pvp.Posted on 08 June 2015 - 03:12 PM
Yeah an mcmmo ladder would be kinda cool but leave out sword, bow skills etc. just add the potions. Maybe not blindness and nausea for obvious reasons.Posted on 08 June 2015 - 03:21 PM

Not really.Alternative and badlion factions ladders are good examples why this shouldn't be implimented.

Well it might not have to be ranked, there could just be an unranked factions pvp ladder and if it gets popular it could be implemented into ranked :)

@Archybot could you consider adding a factions style pvp ladder temporarily? I was thinking the kit could consist of standard p4 armour and weapons, but extra potions could be added, including resistance potions, absorbtion, and health boost. External debuffs are also popular on big faction servers, such as decay. I know Badlion likes its own custom plugins, but it could take some ideas from others.
