If a SMod bans a player and when i ask him the proofs that the player cheats but he doesn't have , must he unban him? He doesn't have video proof that my friend cheats.

We're only required to record for donators. The standard rules then apply: the player must appeal and contest within two days of their ban for the decision to be based off of the evidence given. The ban is assumed valid after those two days.
