Is this hacks or lag?

I think this was hacking, I was fighting this guy before, his friend was blantantly hacking, (AntiKB, Killaura, Speed)However, my fraps wasn't open, I guess my friend got lucky because when I opened it, the main hacker died.
Anyways, this guy gets some suspicious hits, he got a lot more however they go unrecorded.

I was unsure that damage indictators was disabled, I'll remove it from my mods when I go to BL.
