Hey!So I was playing some ranked today, and I was in the lobby (before the teleportation) and it said "Found a match teleporting in 5 4 3 2 1" and It didnt' teleport me, so I left because I thought I wasn't in the game but it turns out I was? At the time I was 1840/1830ish elo, and this happened about 5 times and it drained me down to 1701 elo. I heard that this glitch has happened before, so if there is anyway to get my elo back that would be amazing (See 3k_'s Post for the first time it happened) This also happened to 13thedude and a few others, I don't have screenshots sadly but you can ask pretty much any player on the first page and they would agree that I had 1800.

Yeah I guess I have to sit down and look at the logs.Any and all timestamps and timezones and which server its happening on will help me to read through the logs.
Also if you had just come from a match, how long after u joined it said u found ur first match, etc.
All of these things are important information for me to properly debug this.

@MasterGberry It happened at about 1:30 PM EST today.
Also in this game I never even spawned into the map. Besides that, the games where it took elo don't even show up on my profile.

Did u just join ranked? Were u in a game before it? How long after u joined did it say u found a match?Posted on 12 June 2015 - 07:35 PM

And yes, I was in a game before it. Relogging fixed it, but we still lost elo from all the games we didn't actually join
