I will answer and put my opinion in to all of your questions/statements:First, the number that tells you the ELO gained/lost isn't for each individual kill, it's the total ELO gained/lost for the whole match.
Second, you said that its not a good idea to use the ELO system because it puts you on leaderboards which get you targetted - which makes no sense because you later stated that the leaderboards should still be in effect, just with wins instead. If you think the leaderboards are the problem, that won't fix it. Also when you stayed that people can just spawn kill to gain elo - that is true but you don't have to spawn kill to do well (I got #6 last season without spawn killing at all), and at the same time there is a risk factor - you can lose just as much elo as you had gained when you spawn kill, when you get spawn killed.
Third, if you want wins for leaderboards, go to MCSG. ELO is a better representation of skill, and while it does require skill to get a lot of wins, it also is dependent upon how much time you have.
Which brings me to answering your first point where you said people don't have time to play SG. Which again just disproves your point even more, because someone with a small amount of wins can still be high up on the leaderboards.
Thank you for posting, although most of your statements are invalid. Glad I could help clarify your ELO question.

@puokFACEASS I'm a player that works hard for my Elo and doesn't need to rely on cleaning Up in dm for elo
